Another #chloetingchallenge for you, this time we’ve got a plank challenge that’s going work on your arms, waist, core and help you get that skinny waist and core strength. If you enjoyed the glute bridge challenge and flat abs challenge, this is another one to try out.
You can do this challenge on it’s own, but preferably do this in addition to any of your workouts. It’s just an extra 10 mins a day. Do this anywhere between 3-6 times a week if you want to get that core.

YOU CAN DO THIS CHALLENGE TOGETHER WITH THE FLAT BELLY PROGRAM, OR WITH WHATEVER WORKOUTS YOUR CURRENTLY DOING. Its been years since I am trying to reduce and maintain my weight..to be fit. Because certain health issue, no matter how much i control my diet, my weight does not budge. I hope this helps me. I am on Day 06. Fingers crossed.

day 7ish: the planks with leg lifts aren't as difficult as they were on day 1!!
9.9 million views. It's good that people are interested in exercising but this will not give you a small waist or remove fat, exercising a certain body part does not remove fat in that specific area.

I'm on my 4th week (day 22) but I am doing these with the lean thigh challenge so just 2 3 times per week and the other days I do 10 min abs(sometimes both) . And I do feel like I'm getting stronger and I have slimmer thighs , but I still can't get a better diet I don't have any idea what to cook and my stomach is not like bloated or anything but I want to get rid of fat and have abs or at least flat stomach 😭
